Privacy Policy

Account data you provide when signing up: email address, display name and, when you use Google sign-in, the profile name and avatar returned by Google.

Platform data you create: digital twins, pipeline selections, generated code, battery specification drafts and the prompts you send to the AI studio.

Technical data: sign-in timestamps and basic error logs used to keep the service running.

To authenticate you, to store and display your twins and drafts, to generate code and specifications you request, and to diagnose faults.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for advertising.

Prompts and code you submit to the AI studio are sent to our model provider to produce the response you asked for. Do not paste credentials or personal data of third parties into those fields.

Data is stored in our managed cloud database. Row-level access rules restrict every record to the account that created it; other users cannot read your twins or drafts.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual twins and drafts at any time from the dashboard, and you can request full account deletion by contacting us.
