Refund Policy

Every plan can be evaluated first through the free 14-day demo, which runs on simulated pipeline data and requires no credit card. We encourage you to use it before subscribing.

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, request a refund within 14 days of the first payment on that plan and we will refund it in full.

Renewal charges are not refunded by default. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a renewal was charged in error, or the service was unavailable for a prolonged period, contact us and we will review the charge case by case.

Biosphere and other custom agreements follow the refund terms written into that specific contract, which take precedence over this page.

Contact KAADE CONSTRUCTION from the email address on the account, stating the plan and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
